Customized Items: Name-engraved products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

Damaged / Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged product or spelling error from our side, we will send a 100% Free Replacement.

How to Claim: Send an unboxing video/photo to our WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds: Cash refunds are only given if a replacement is not possible.
